Log Cabin Houses
The Ponderosa is based on the New Concept 1700 series house. As with all New Concept houses, it is made with 3/8" cabinet grade 5-ply plywood. The Ponderosa also comes with New Concept series assembled staircases. All Real Good Toys   log homes come complete with everything shown to make the house as in the picture including: logs, stairs, windows, doors, shutters, shingles, chimneys, room dividers, porches and porch railing.

Stain Accessories, Glue is not included. 
Real Good Toys Shingle Dye is used to Stain logs

NOTE:  The Adirondack and Blue Ridge cabins are made from 1/8" plywood

The Adirondack Cabin

This kit contains everything you see in the photograph including doors and windows.  It features four spacious rooms and includes log siding and trim in 26" lengths which require cutting to create cabin as shown. Shell is made of 1/4" Luan plywood. Log siding is approximately 1/4" thick pine. This house is perfect for that special fisherman's retreat! Paint and glue are not included.
