It is the first in a new series of houses by Real Good Toys that is made from a new man-made MDF traditional lumber. Comes with everything to complete as shown.  Wooden Shingles, trim (Gingerbread & trim are supplier in lengths), posts, rails, windows, doors, window boxes, porch and stairs included. Pre-milled clapboard siding.

It is the first in a new series of houses by Real Good Toys that is made from a new man-made MDF traditional lumber, Comes with everything to complete as shown: Shutters,  wooden shingles, trim (Gingerbread & trim are supplier in lengths), posts, rails, windows, doors, window boxes, porch, tower and stairs. Pre-milled clapboard siding.

Classic Features include:  Clapboard milled directly into the walls.    Sturdy construction 3/8" thick walls and upper floors.  Movable room dividers, will accept standard doors.  Raised panel shutters and doors.   Expertly molded railings & porch posts are per-cut.  Flower box and detailed staircases.  Wooden shingles for the roof.  Trim strips are supplied in lengths. Easy to build.
